Overview
The role of the Scrum Master is crucial to the successful implementation of the Scrum Framework. The Scrum Guide states the following:-
The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. They do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organisation.
The Scrum Master is accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness. They do this by enabling the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework.
This immersive 2-day course utilises a combination of theory and interactive exercises in order to provide an understanding of Scrum and the role of the Scrum Master.

Coure Pre-Requisites
Although being familiar with Agile values/principles and Scrum may be beneficial, these are not essential.
